Role Overview and Responsibilities

Working under the Executive Housekeeper, the Houseperson plays a vital support role within the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness standards in all public spaces and housekeeping pantries; overseeing inventory management such as linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities including tea and coffee; delivering requested items promptly to guests; reporting maintenance concerns immediately; and demonstrating unwavering dedication to a flawless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work varied shifts across a seven-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and special event days.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
• Capability to work independently and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A sincere passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Preferably at least six months’ hotel experience.
