In-Store Baker

About The Role

We are seeking an In-Store Baker for our Brighton Station M&S Simply Food outlet. You'll have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time with shift patterns including 23:00 - 7:00, 4:00 - 12:00, and 12:00 - 20:00. You'll work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

The role offers a pay rate of £12.85 per hour, with an additional incentive of £1.20 extra per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, raising the pay to £13.60 per hour during those times.

About You

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with friendly colleagues and customers.
• Previous experience in a similar bakery or retail role is essential.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to specific responsibilities and shift requirements.

In-Store Baker Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-first approach in every task performed.
