Interface Manager - ICT

About the Role

Join Parsons Corporation in Riyadh as an Interface Manager specializing in ICT, where you'll play a vital role in managing the communication and integration among various project stakeholders and engineering disciplines to support complex infrastructure projects. This position is essential for identifying, monitoring, and resolving interface challenges to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for all interface-related communications between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
• Craft and execute a comprehensive Interface Management Plan to guarantee coordination across different disciplines and organizations.
• Identify and document all interface points within systems and infrastructure, maintaining a detailed Interface Register tracking agreements, potential risks, and required actions.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings to resolve any issues that may impact project delivery timelines.
• Monitor interface-related risks and apply mitigation approaches to avoid delays or technical conflicts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure design and execution are aligned.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, including documentation and reporting connected to interface management.
• Support the integration of multi-disciplinary systems and infrastructure packages throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in interface management, project coordination, or infrastructure program delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise managing interfaces on large-scale projects in sectors such as infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or digital infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of multidisciplinary coordination within complex project settings.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience handling mega or giga-projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with interface management software, interface registers, and project coordination platforms.
• Knowledge of systems integration and coordination across engineering disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or similar credentials are advantageous.
