Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Lead Generation Specialist dedicated to identifying and engaging prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and working closely with the team to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate high-quality leads with potential to convert into clients.
• Maintain and nurture lead relationships through consistent follow-up and strategic communication.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to improve lead capture and conversion processes.
• Analyze lead data regularly to refine and boost lead generation outcomes.
• Support the commercial team ensuring seamless lead progression toward conversion.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be resident in Dublin; role involves working from a Dublin coworking space with occasional remote days.
• Demonstrable experience in lead generation or B2B sales.
• Good understanding of the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and energetic personality.
