Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview

Join as a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of vital equipment and managing overall facility upkeep at a warehouse environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee continual functionality of essential assets such as material handling equipment, conveyors, diesel generator sets, chillers, and compressors.
• Manage upkeep of warehouse infrastructure including electrical installations, plumbing systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
• Liaise with external service providers to organize repair work, maintenance tasks, and oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Analyze and implement cost-saving measures related to repair and maintenance activities to optimize expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards, including fire safety measures and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in maintenance operations.
• Assist with technical diagnostics and troubleshooting of packaging machinery using detailed technical drawings and operational manuals.
• Generate and maintain maintenance schedules, oversee spare parts inventory, and compile daily management information system (MIS) reports.
