Primary Responsibilities

• Identify areas for enhancement in manufacturing processes and implement industry-leading best practices.
• Develop clear engineering and procedural documents to standardize production workflows.
• Design and evaluate process flows and analyze production statistics to boost operational efficiency.
• Support production teams to maintain smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
• Analyze causes of product non-conformances and recommend effective corrective measures.
• Train and guide machinists on new procedures and work instructions to uphold quality standards.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Capable of reading and interpreting Bills of Materials and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing best practices and continual process improvement.
• Knowledgeable about technical standards, product guidelines, and relevant codes applicable to manufacturing.
• Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis within production environments.
