Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Online Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing operations of our dedicated online shopping division. This position involves managing a purpose-built facility with a large fulfilment area, specialized customer collection bays, and advanced technological tools to support operations.
The Online Manager will direct daily activities of the online shopping team, guaranteeing the efficient and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Online team to achieve outstanding operational outcomes.
- Manage processes including picking, packing, and order processing with precision.
- Track performance metrics, oversee staff scheduling and wage management, and uphold operational excellence.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Collaborate closely with various store departments to ensure product information accuracy and proper store layout.
- Ensure the online department remains clean, safe, and properly equipped.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and store leadership.
