Operating Director

About the Role

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care provider, has experienced significant growth and remains committed to enabling seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. As the organization expands nationwide, an exceptional Operating Director is sought to lead and develop the South Denver, CO branch. This role comes with comprehensive corporate support and training to help drive the business vision forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage daily operations for the branch with continued corporate training and support.
• Devise and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and other partners.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed and manage on-call responsibilities for clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Conduct in-home assessments, establish robust client relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage the office's financial performance including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss statements.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, setting team morale, and establishing workplace standards.
