Operating Director

Overview

Cornerstone Caregiving, a leading private in-home care company dedicated to helping seniors live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes, is seeking a highly capable Operating Director to lead its Brockton, MA branch. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage and grow the branch, supported by comprehensive corporate training and a network of experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and independently manage the operations of the Brockton branch with continuous corporate support and training.
• Strategize and implement marketing plans to firmly establish Cornerstone as the top choice for in-home care within the community.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources including hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and shift scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and managing on-call duties for client and caregiver communications.
• Conduct in-home client assessments, fostering strong relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Manage the branch's financial operations, including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss statements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by motivating and incentivizing the team to maintain high morale and create a desirable work environment.
