Operational Specialist

Position Overview

Global Wave Group is seeking an Operational Specialist to join our Finance Operations team based in Albany, Auckland. This role involves managing daily client applications and ensuring efficient financial operations through precise document management and effective communication with partners.

Key Duties

• Evaluate and process client applications on a daily basis.
• Manage the organization, filing, and classification of documents regularly.
• Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external collaborators to facilitate seamless financial operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail with high accountability and execution skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Location: Onsite at Albany office, Auckland.
• Reports directly to the Head of Finance.
