Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Yardhands to manage the efficient movement of vehicles on site.
• Supervise accurate booking, processing, and presentation of vehicles.
• Organize daily workflows, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track operational KPIs, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless customer service experiences.
• Address operational concerns promptly, serving as the primary escalation point on site.
• Champion a robust safety culture and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Remain actively involved in day-to-day operations to support your team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Leader in sectors such as warehouse, automotive, transport, logistics, fleet, or industrial environments.
• Natural leadership ability with a passion for developing team members and leading by example.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong customer orientation paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset focused on process enhancement instead of mere maintenance.
