About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert eye care services utilizing industry-leading diagnostic tools.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our MyCPD portal and annual clinical conferences.
- Explore leadership opportunities or specialize in clinical areas of interest, including mentorship roles.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives, partnering with charitable organizations to restore sight and promote eye health.
Requirements
- Qualification and registration as an Optometrist with relevant professional accreditation.
- Ability to work full-time in an onsite capacity, with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Strong interpersonal skills suitable for a mixed patient demographic and collaborative team environment.
Technology and Work Environment
- Utilize a 5-room clinic equipped with cutting-edge technology such as OCT scanning, IPL, Humphrey Field Analyser, Auto-Refractor, and Auto-Phoropter.
- Work alongside a team of six Optometrists supported by integrated software management systems and non-contact tonometry devices.

- Competitive salary package up to $115,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
