Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate plays a vital role in supporting customer service by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring its smooth transition to the sales floor. Key duties include unloading trailers, transporting pallets to the store floor, and assisting with merchandise processing, all while maintaining a safe and tidy environment. This position requires collaborative teamwork to plan and carry out duties aligned with workload and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Place a strong emphasis on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as needed and provide customer service if required.
• Ensure sales floor labeling is complete for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this role is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older.
