Part-time Training Administrator - Fixed Term

About the Role

Located in Auckland, this role involves working 20 hours per week to support various training activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the training manager in organizing and delivering training programs to staff across New Zealand.
• Manage certification programs administration and maintain comprehensive training records.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing other event details.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in training coordination or general administration is essential.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) at an intermediate skill level.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Skilled in organizing training sessions and small-scale events involving venue and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or Human Resource systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Must have legal, permanent work rights in New Zealand.
