About the Role

We are looking for dedicated packing staff to join our team in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, primarily in Hyderabad and various other locations. The role includes responsibilities such as accurately packing orders, scanning barcodes, handling inventory, and maintaining stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Scan barcodes to track inventory and orders.
• Manage inventory handling and stock keeping following company protocols.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
• Age must be between 18 and 32 years.
• Minimum educational qualification above 10th grade.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic take-home salary of ₹16,300 per month.
• Additional attendance bonus of ₹2,000 per month.
• ₹2,000 monthly benefits including provident fund (PF) and employee state insurance (ESI).
• Travel allowance of ₹1,500 each month.
• Total monthly earnings range between ₹20,000 and ₹21,000.
• Special migration bonus of ₹3,000 for employees working in Manikonda, Gachibowli, and Kondapur locations.

Work Schedule

• Shifts available:
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Each shift requires 9 hours of duty.
• Work schedule involves 6 working days per week.

Locations

Multiple working locations are available in Hyderabad including Attapur, JNTU, A.S. Rao Nagar, Punjagutta, Musheerabad, Begumpet, Nanakramguda, and many more. Opportunities are also offered in Andhra Pradesh across Kurnool, Ananthapur, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada with multiple neighborhood options.
