We are searching for a seasoned Price Manager in Pakistan to collaborate with the sales, domain, and commercial departments. This role focuses on driving profitable growth, maximizing commercial value, and aligning strategic priorities between local needs and global directives.

Role Overview

As a critical member of the Customer Unit, you will develop pricing strategies, design business proposals collaboratively, and spearhead key initiatives that strengthen Ericsson's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead pricing strategies covering hardware, software, and services.
• Perform benchmarking and analyze market trends to maintain competitive advantages.
• Develop comprehensive business cases in partnership with sales, domain, and commercial teams.
• Manage the pricing approval workflow ensuring consistency with global policies.
• Advise on contract terms, cash flow considerations, profitability, and risk evaluation.
• Maintain responsibility for customer pricing documents, discounting, and incentive frameworks.
• Drive pricing excellence initiatives by leveraging analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• At least six years of experience in relevant sectors such as Telecom, IT, Networks, or Digital Services.
• Familiarity with the telecom industry and key stakeholders in Pakistan.
• Strong financial expertise, including business case formulation and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills supported by advanced proficiency in Excel and data-centric decision-making.
• Proven capabilities in direct client negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management.
• Fluent command of English.
