Position Overview

Little Scouts School invites passionate educators to join as Primary School Teachers. The role focuses on creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom for young learners, supporting both academic advancement and interpersonal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards, ensuring engaging and interactive teaching sessions.
• Design assessments, evaluate assignments, and maintain records of each student's academic and behavioral progress.
• Maintain effective classroom management by setting clear behavior standards to foster a focused and orderly environment.
• Engage with parents through regular meetings and communications to discuss student developments and address concerns.
• Supervise students during lessons, breaks, meals, and excursions to guarantee their safety and well-being.
• Modify teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities, promoting inclusivity and individualized support.
• Plan and coordinate extracurricular events, seasonal celebrations, and educational field trips that enrich the student experience.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary between 10,000 and 20,000 INR.
