Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate simulated new vendor intake requests by comparing pricing and contract terms to reliable company benchmark data.
• Integrate diverse assessments from finance, legal, security, and IT teams to deliver comprehensive approval recommendations.
• Create detailed step-level scoring rubrics and exemplary responses to guide how experienced procurement leaders assess requests or renewals.
• Conduct audits of simulated company environments to ensure authenticity and resolve any conflicting issues prior to task commencement.
• Operate independently and asynchronously, maintaining the precision and thoroughness required for training AI models focused on procurement processes.

Required Qualifications

• Over eight years of professional experience in procurement, vendor management, or spend operations.
• Proven practical experience managing actual vendor requests and contract renewals.
• Experience derived from established procurement departments with formal vendor review protocols.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in producing structured, rubric-based evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern spend management or electronic procurement technology platforms.
• Prior involvement in task creation, rubric development, or contributing to AI training datasets.
