Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research to identify new trends and consumer demands in the electronics industry.
- Analyze competitors' product offerings, pricing, and positioning to find niches for differentiation.
- Evaluate and liaise with potential suppliers and manufacturers to advance product sourcing and development.
- Lead coordination of cross-disciplinary projects to ensure timely product development and launches.
- Assist in product testing, validation, and quality assurance to meet expected standards of performance and reliability.
- Document, track, and address product defects and enhancement opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Create and uphold thorough testing plans and performance benchmarks for products.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documents such as user manuals, installation guides, specifications, and compatibility charts.
- Guarantee accuracy and currency of all product documentation in compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Oversee product packaging design, including artwork management, labeling for serial numbers and regulatory info, and packaging specifications.
- Provide continuous support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch modifications and updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Genuine enthusiasm and interest in electronics and consumer hardware.
- Robust analytical capabilities, able to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized with strong time management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, thriving in fast-moving and dynamic environments.
- Ability to collaborate successfully across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
