About the Role
Vecteur Réseaux is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager at the entry or junior level to aid in overseeing program planning, coordination, and execution. This position supports a range of cross-functional projects and initiatives and requires excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing program activities and initiatives from start to finish.
- Monitor program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for program tracking.
- Arrange meetings, capture action items, and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Support resource allocation, scheduling, and monitor risks associated with programs.
- Maintain thorough program documentation, including governance and records management.
- Track progress continuously and propose process improvements where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or similar discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships or academic projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside interpersonal capabilities.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for multitasking in dynamic work environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a forward-thinking, proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in project coordination, program support, or operational assistance.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Skills in creating stakeholder reports and presentations.
- Certifications such as CAPM or equivalent project management credentials beneficial.
