Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Project Controller Trainee within the Tamheer Program. This role involves assisting with project support tasks including coordination, reporting, and talent acquisition activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking projects and associated tasks.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Create regular reports, dashboards, presentations, and document meeting minutes.
- Perform research, gather information, and facilitate basic data analysis for consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met punctually.
- Contribute to talent sourcing efforts by identifying candidates via recruitment platforms.
- Support resume screening, maintaining candidate records, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Keep detailed records of project and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Must qualify for participation in the Tamheer Program.
- Proficient communication skills in Arabic and English languages.
