The Opportunity

Jetson seeks a highly motivated and passionate Project Coordinator to help revolutionize the residential HVAC sector to combat climate change. This role involves managing the entire heat pump installation process from initial estimates to follow-up after installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a system to track installation projects, monitor prospects, handle customer inquiries, clarify quotes, and schedule walkthroughs, installations, and inspections.
• Manage the permitting process for each project, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Oversee and report on scheduled installations, coordinating between installation teams, permit offices, and inspectors.
• Collaborate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure the correct equipment, materials, and personnel are assigned to each project.
• Develop process documentation and create training resources for onboarding new staff.
• Engage in selecting and configuring business systems aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Gather and evaluate feedback to monitor and improve service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preference for candidates with PMP certification or related project management training.
• Demonstrated success in initiating and executing process improvements.
• Comprehensive understanding of project planning suited for construction or similar fields.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $60,000 to $73,000 CAD.

Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent position based in North Vancouver, British Columbia with in-person work requirements.
