About the Role

This position is for an entrepreneurial and delivery-focused Project Manager who is passionate about fruit processing. The role is centered on introducing new production methods and launching new products, while also contributing to the growth of the company’s factory footprint and identifying fresh market opportunities. The role is based in Adeiso, Ghana, with an international scope and a flexible start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and confirm suitable technologies for fruit processing.
• Create new products that are commercially attractive and viable.
• Refine technical specifications to support procurement activities.
• Roll out new manufacturing workflows and production processes.
• Support the sales and marketing functions during product introductions.
• Work closely with suppliers and academic institutions.
• Handle travel-related assignments as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has a background in food technology or food processing and practical exposure to the fruit and beverages processing sector. The role calls for a person with strong cross-cultural understanding, a successful history of delivering projects, and a self-starter attitude with strong ownership.
