Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to operate remotely. This role involves supervising projects from start to finish, including defining scope, scheduling timelines and resource allocation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder communication to guarantee timely delivery within budget constraints. Key duties include monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues as they arise, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and preparing updates and status reports for leadership and clients.

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with specialists in logistics, expediting, and inspection to synchronize project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational requirements. Emphasis on continual process improvement and implementation of best practices across concurrent projects is essential to drive successful results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, and executing projects effectively.
• Comfortable utilizing various AI tools and systems to optimize processes.
• Experienced in expediting roles to guarantee prompt delivery of materials, services, and achievement of project milestones.
• Understanding of inspection methods to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory criteria.
• Strong logistics management capabilities to coordinate resources, supply chains, and workflows.
• Ability to lead remote teams, effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders, and proactively address issues.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail and efficient time management.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalents is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in staffing, consulting, technology, or logistics sectors is beneficial.
