Reltio Tech Lead

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Reltio Tech Lead with 8 to 10 years of extensive experience in IT and solid expertise in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM). This role involves leading the full lifecycle of Reltio MDM solution development including design, implementation, and maintenance. The candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive deployment and enhancement of Reltio MDM solutions.
• Design and set up Reltio data models, manage match/merge rules, survivorship, business workflows, and rules.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using RESTful APIs and various integration platforms.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and adhere to compliance standards across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor development teams, and conduct code reviews.
• Diagnose production issues and optimize system performance for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• B.C.A. in any specialization
• B.Sc. in any specialization
• B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
• B.Com in Computer Application, IT or equivalent
