Job Overview

Nycom, a leading entity in the laboratory construction sector with offices across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States, is seeking a dedicated Revit Modeler to join their team. The company specializes in interior construction projects focused on laboratory furniture, equipment, and custom woodwork, serving clients in education, industry, research, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret architectural drawings to produce accurate shop drawings covering a variety of project types and scales.
• Deliver completed shop drawings promptly while adhering to company-defined standards.
• Manage all project information effectively, maintain detailed notes and documentation, and utilize proprietary software to resolve queries promptly.
• Work independently within a remote, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Collaborate closely with project team members to independently address and solve problems as they arise.

Required Qualifications

• Solid expertise in using Revit for modeling and managing project data.
• Between three to five years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related field is advantageous.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
