Position Overview
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is tasked with upholding excellent Guest Services following company guidelines. This role supports the Store Management Team by engaging in sales activities, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, signage, pricing, managing POS systems, and preventing loss, all in compliance with company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between 17.60 and 17.85 CAD, based on individual qualifications and experience.
