Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage email-based customer service alongside inbound and outbound international calls as per the process requirements.
• Deliver precise information and effective resolutions to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer issues while upholding superior service standards.
• Maintain high call quality standards and comply with company policies and guidelines consistently.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and keep customer records updated.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on customer requests to ensure their resolution.
• Meet or exceed defined performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
• At least 1 year of experience in international voice process is mandatory.

Walk-In Interview Details:

• Dates: July 28 to August 7 (Monday to Saturday)
• Timing: 1 PM to 5 PM
• Location: Embassy Galaxy, Tower C, Ground Floor, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Electronic City Metro Station)

Compensation

Salary ranges from INR 500000 to INR 550000 annually.
