Key Responsibilities

• Utilize instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy to craft educational experiences with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts from Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to guarantee technical accuracy and learner engagement.
• Oversee content production workflows, from scripting and multimedia creation to review cycles and timely publication.
• Ensure consistent quality across pedagogy, tone, structure, and user experience throughout all content projects.
• Create instructor-led training materials including storyboards, scripts, and supporting documentation in coordination with training teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of shared content standards, templates, documentation, and workflow processes within the content division.
• Monitor content performance metrics such as release cadence, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and feedback validation.
• Incorporate AI tools and latest methodologies to optimize content creation workflows and boost production efficiency.
• Support cross-functional initiatives like LMS improvements, new product launches, and multi-product learning programs.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, technical content development, or related roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing content projects end-to-end from strategic planning through production and delivery.
• Solid grasp of instructional design principles aimed at delivering learning experiences with measurable success metrics.
• Experience in managing multimedia workflows involving videos, interactive learning modules, and graphic assets.
• Ability to engage effectively with subject matter experts and simplify complex technical information into accessible learning content.
• Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, deadline adherence, and autonomous work ethic.
• Familiarity with contemporary content creation and LMS platforms such as Camtasia, Articulate, and Notion.
• Comfortable working remotely with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication aptitude and a team-oriented mindset.
