Role Purpose

This position supports NTUC's sub-department focused on leveraging digitization to elevate overall business performance. You will form partnerships with business users to distill requirements, evaluate improvement opportunities, and collaborate with vendors to align solutions with organizational goals. Supporting users during and after implementation by monitoring applications, vendor activities, and resolving issues is part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business analysis and project execution administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
