Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sheetfed Printer to operate high-quality sheetfed presses such as Komori, Heidelberg-XL, and Mitsubishi machines, adhering to professional standards. The role involves precise setup and execution, with an emphasis on expertise in UV printing and flood coating techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate sheetfed machines aligning feeders, plates, and job parameters to production specifications and customer demands.
- Ensure machines are prepared for both large-scale and specialized print runs.
- Continuously monitor print consistency by controlling ink density, registration accuracy, and paper feed quality throughout the entire print job.
- Make real-time adjustments to machine settings to avoid color deviations, misalignment, and other print defects, ensuring uniform output from start to finish.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities including cleaning rollers, replacing blankets, lubricating parts, and inspecting mechanical components, while recording maintenance performed and reporting any irregularities to the technical support team.
- Maintain ideal ink-water balance during printing operations to prevent defects such as scumming, toning, or emulsification by fine-tuning dampening and ink flow systems for crisp, consistent print quality.
