Software Engineer - Fresher

About the Role

Join a dynamic talent management team as a Software Engineer - Fresher, primarily supporting Human Resources activities on a daily basis. During the training period, a stipend will be provided, and upon successful completion, a certificate will be awarded. Future roles with competitive pay will be considered based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out generalist HR functions.
• Support recruitment activities and employee onboarding processes.
• Manage recruitment and selection workflows efficiently.
• Coordinate and organize internal meetings and company events.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records.
• Address employee queries and handle grievances.
• Assist audit-related processes.
• Participate in employee performance management and facilitate appraisal processes.

Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of Human Resource functions at the entry level.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, capable of managing strategic and complex business challenges.
• Passionate about people management and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Educational qualifications preferred: Fresh graduates with BBA, BCA, BCOM, or MBA degrees.
