About the Role

FabBox is seeking a motivated and versatile Startup Associate to join our team at our Kandivali East, Mumbai office. This full-time position operates from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000. The role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical insights into how a startup runs by immersing you in a variety of functions and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage across operations, coordination, administration, communication, and execution tasks.
• Support different teams and manage projects as per business priorities.
• Handle scheduling, follow-ups, vendor coordination, and daily operational duties.
• Contribute to resolving operational and business issues effectively.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Assist with the operational aspects of Free Mind’s online classes (non-teaching).
• Adapt to support any area of the business as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Educational backgrounds such as BMS, BBA, BCom, or related fields are preferred.
• Proficient in effective communication with fundamental computer skills.
• Shows adaptability, proactive behavior, and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Exhibits a positive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
