Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Experience in strategic roles, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields.
Previous consulting experience is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical capabilities to convert complex data into clear, actionable advice.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and analytics platforms such as Tableau to support data-driven decision making.
Ability to craft clear, concise presentations for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with stakeholder management expertise.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Capability to juggle multiple priorities independently while effectively collaborating with teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual base salary depending on location: Ontario-based roles offer CAD 79,900 to CAD 129,900, Toronto-based roles CAD 85,100 to CAD 135,100.
