Program Description
Participants in this program will generate photography and video content for diverse hospitality clients such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, and tourism destinations, operating on a project basis to align with their academic schedule.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photography and short-form video content using iPhone or personal equipment to highlight hospitality brands.
- Adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines to create content tailored for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Visit designated local hospitality venues for onsite content capture, coordinating with clients and staff professionally.
- Spot engaging storytelling opportunities and authentic guest experiences during visits.
- Participate in local events or activations as required and collaborate remotely with the agency's team members.
- Edit and deliver finalized content assets promptly as per project requirements.
- Engage in periodic virtual meetings and maintain proactive communication about project progress and schedules.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion and skills in photography, videography, and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in capturing and editing content suited for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube using iPhone equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, capable of independently managing deadlines.
- Reliable transportation in the assigned local market.
- Availability for occasional content shoots on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in the hospitality, travel, or restaurant industries.
- Previous content creation work for brands or businesses.
- Familiarity with trending social media formats and platforms.
- Portfolio displaying photography, videography, and short-form video content creation.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- This is an independent 1099 contractor role with payment per completed project or shoot.
- Work is part-time and project-based with flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules.
- Potential reimbursement for pre-approved project-related expenses.
