Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out transactional activities within the supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
• Support comprehensive supply chain operations ensuring timely delivery according to SLA standards.
• Regularly update systems to maintain accuracy of supply chain data.
• Adhere strictly to operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic operational challenges.
• Perform routine operational duties and validate related data.
• Collaborate mainly with internal teams following established protocols and SOPs.
• Meet set quality benchmarks and productivity objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
