Technical Program Manager, Energy Remanufacturing

Overview

The role of Technical Program Manager for Energy Remanufacturing involves spearheading the launch of novel products and processes, alongside establishing root cause analysis (RCA) and standard operating procedures (SOP) frameworks, tools, and systems. This responsibility spans the entire project lifecycle from early prototype creation to the rollout of the RCA manufacturing line and processes. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure the timely and high-quality launch of new Energy Remanufacturing and Service product lines.
• Develop and uphold the vision related to Energy Remanufacturing system architecture, organizational structures, and procedural standards.
• Facilitate core team meetings focused on prototype builds, establishing build plans, and addressing constraints effectively.
• Work closely with supply chain and material planners to ensure materials are ready and available as required.
• Guide project engineers on prioritization and trial specifications.
• Conduct cost analysis initiatives to drive down product expenses and optimize inventory management.
• Direct the creation and implementation of new product introduction (NPI) and project management (PM) methodologies, tools, and processes specific to remanufacturing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Over three years of combined experience in engineering and project management roles.
• Prior work experience in a production or manufacturing setting, ideally involving semi-automated processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage extensive teams.
• Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary Ranges

• Associate Technical Program Manager: $87,120 to $130,680 per year
• Technical Program Manager: $100,800 to $151,200 per year
• Senior Technical Program Manager: $130,320 to $195,480 per year
