About the Role
This position serves as the primary day-to-day liaison for AI data projects, ensuring seamless execution and communication across various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily operations related to AI data projects.
- Collaborate with program leadership and domain specialists to clearly translate strategic directives into actionable project guidelines.
- Facilitate onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to newly added experts as the program scales.
- Participate in weekly business review meetings by organizing notes and action points, and occasionally leading these discussions.
- Detect and communicate quality issues, analyze their causes, and coordinate with teams to address them.
- Assist research and product teams in developing and enhancing project guidelines.
- Identify potential obstacles early and contribute to their resolution.
- Manage and monitor project deliverables through tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
- Maintain adaptability to meet changing project demands.
Candidate Profile
- Proven, relevant experience in project coordination or project management.
- Residency within the United States is required.
- Strong preference for candidates with a STEM educational background.
- Direct involvement with AI training data or similar human-data projects is essential.
- Proficiency in data management utilizing Excel and SQL, alongside practical coding knowledge.
- Established ability to lead personnel or manage large teams effectively.
Additional Details
This role commences immediately upon hiring. Work commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation varies between $45 and $70 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
