Job Overview
H J Tax Solutions is looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to join their office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a telecaller, you will connect with potential customers by phone to introduce and sell our services, acting as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a predetermined number of calls daily to leads from verified lists.
- Explain our services clearly and how they benefit the customer.
- Convince customers to purchase our services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects who did not purchase on the initial call.
Qualifications and Skills
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
- Active listening abilities.
- Patience and resilience when handling rejection or difficult interactions.
- Strong work ethic and persistence in reaching goals.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing and using CRM tools.
- Previous sales or call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Environment
- Based at the office in Jaipur.
- Standard shift hours approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
