Ticket Sales Associate

Position Overview

The Windy City Bulls seek a highly motivated, organized, and committed individual for the Ticket Sales Associate role during the off-season and upcoming season. This position supports the Ticket Sales team with sales and customer service activities and may assist other organizational departments as needed. The role begins in August 2026 and lasts through April 2027, the end of the 2026-27 season.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Sales Managers in coordinating various ticket sales events.
• Enter data to expand sales databases.
• Update and maintain customer details in the CRM system.
• Conduct research and generate potential sales leads.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to all organization guests both onsite and offsite.
• Create and distribute sales materials.
• Plan and execute group-themed events.
• Assist in community activations and special event setups.
• Participate in community outreach appearances.
• Perform additional arena and office administrative tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base pay of $16 per hour plus eligibility for commissions. Flexible work hours are required. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to Illinois. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision coverage, paid vacation and sick leave, complimentary home game tickets, parking, gym access, meals during game-days, and pet insurance.

Additional Information

While remote work is available, full-time remote is not an option. Candidates should reside in or plan to relocate to the Chicagoland area. The schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed.
