Truck Driver - Day Shift

Role overview

PepsiCo is seeking a Day Shift Truck Driver for its Smiths Snackfood site in Tingalpa, Queensland. Schedule and employment details

• Day shift roster: Monday to Friday, from 06:30 am to 10:30 am.
• This is a permanent full-time position.

Key duties

• Complete shuttle trips between company facilities.
• Carry out occasional multi-drop deliveries, including routes to the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Tweed.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate transport consignment records.
• Perform pre-start vehicle inspections before beginning work.

Required qualifications and experience

• Hold a current HC driver licence and a forklift licence.
• Have strong working knowledge of operating HC trucks.
• Bring a safety-first mindset to all driving and handling tasks.
• Have prior experience in a similar driving role.
• Communicate clearly and courteously, as you will represent the business on the road.
• Possess basic reading, comprehension, and numeracy skills.
