UI/UX Designer

Role overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join a remote team and craft polished, visually compelling experiences for marketing websites and digital products. This role is suited to someone whose strongest asset is the quality of their design work, with a clear focus on visual storytelling, creativity, and high-impact execution rather than simply years in the field.

What you will do

• Build clear, attractive, and user-friendly interface concepts from initial idea through final delivery.
• Work with different functions across the team to create smooth and intuitive digital experiences.
• Produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and brand visuals for marketing and promotional use.
• Use Figma to develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, spacing, color theory, and current web design best practices.
• Refine designs rapidly in response to feedback and changing project needs.
• Keep a sharp eye on detail and consistently deliver work at a high visual standard.

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent UI/UX work and standout visual design capability.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Proven ability to create effective visuals and graphics for digital experiences.
• Solid creative thinking, originality, and genuine enthusiasm for quality design.
• Careful attention to detail with a strong commitment to polished execution.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience working with visual narratives, layouts, and modern web or marketing design.

Additional preferences

• Ability in 3D, illustration, or motion design is a plus.
• Experience creating interactive animations or other dynamic visual elements is preferred.
• Exposure to branding and marketing work for digital products would be beneficial.
