Warehouse Quality Control

Role Overview

This part-time, on-site warehouse quality control position is based in Vaughan, Ontario. The role focuses on checking customer-returned apparel against warehouse standards and standard operating procedures, recording results accurately, and supporting smooth warehouse processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect returned clothing items to make sure they align with warehouse quality standards and SOP guidelines.
• Spot and record product issues such as damage, defects, staining, dirt, visible wear, hair, lint, and mismatches in size, style, or color.
• Use the warehouse management system to log inspection outcomes and enter the correct information for each case.
• Place items into the appropriate categories based on inspection findings and processing rules.
• Keep the work area tidy, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Handle additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse quality control or inspection is preferred, especially in apparel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs consistently.
• Comfortable learning and using a WMS for accurate data entry and updates.
• Dependable and able to work from the Vaughan warehouse location.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Working Schedule

The schedule runs for 5 days a week with Sunday off. Shifts can be up to 10 hours long. Day shift hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, while night shift hours are 5:15 PM to 2:30 AM.
