Role Summary and Responsibilities

As a Field Activity Facilitator intern, you will leverage skills in communication, leadership, coordination, and event management to create meaningful experiences and programs. This role involves collaboration in a fast-paced environment aiming to foster community development.

• Design and implement activities and events that reflect the foundation’s mission and values.
• Maintain clear communication with participants, volunteers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Exhibit leadership in directing and inspiring team members throughout all phases of event planning and delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation and logistics to guarantee the successful outcome of each initiative.
• Apply presentation skills to effectively inform and engage diverse groups.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess event impact and inform future improvements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative ideas and expand the foundation’s program reach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a part-time internship starting between July 14 and August 18, 2026.
• The internship duration is one month.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in leadership, coordination, event management, and communication.

Additional Details

• The internship is available across multiple locations including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
• Interns will receive a monthly stipend between 2500 and 6000 INR.
• Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate different schedules.
• There are 100 openings available for this role.
