Internship Overview
This internship offers a comprehensive hands-on experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment and candidate management. The selected intern will engage in sourcing and evaluating candidates through various platforms, coordinating interview processes, and maintaining recruitment data systems to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and gather candidate profiles using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, internal referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes to select candidates that meet the specific job criteria and qualifications.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate applicants' skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall role fit.
- Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and company hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communicate consistently with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time internship based at the company office in Mumbai.
- Interns should commence the program between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration.
- Candidates ought to possess relevant interest and competencies aligning with HR functions.
- Currently enrolled in or holding an MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent disciplines from a recognized institution.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000. Successful completion may also lead to a job opportunity within the organization.
