About the Internship
This internship involves daily communication and coordination with parents and prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The intern will explain the various courses and teaching approaches offered, assist in scheduling demo lessons, and actively follow up to increase demo participation and enrollment rates. Maintaining positive relationships with clients and adeptly addressing queries and concerns are vital parts of the role. Additionally, the intern will record interaction details and support teachers and students with technical issues when joining online classes.
