Role Overview
The Account Coordinator will support influencer sourcing and communication for multiple clients, partnering with Account Managers throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from kickoff through reporting. The role calls for someone creative, highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where social media culture matters.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
- Handle creator communication in line with the overall campaign plan.
- Review campaign results and support Account Managers with optimization efforts.
- Take ownership of creator discovery and selection.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update campaign tracking spreadsheets.
- Vet potential creators and support negotiation discussions.
- Confirm that creator deliverables comply with brand rules and legal standards.
- Monitor live campaign activity and review analytics in detail.
- Prepare campaign decks and influencer briefs as needed.
- Improve workflows through practical problem-solving and process development.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or social media.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently, juggle several projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-energy setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Genuine interest in social strategy and creator partnerships.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
Work Arrangement
This position is hybrid, with an expectation to work onsite 2 days per week in the New York office.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is USD 55,000 to USD 60,000 per year, depending on experience.
