Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their insurance requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for all client communications, including inquiries, claims, policy renewals, and ongoing service support.
• Assess client risks and advocate suitable insurance products by negotiating with insurers to obtain favorable quotes and terms.
• Organize and present insurance proposals, coordinate policy placements, and oversee renewals efficiently.
• Guarantee all operations align with the Insurance Authority (IA) regulations pertinent to insurance intermediaries in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records while staying informed on any regulatory developments impacting the insurance sector.
• Prepare detailed reports, manage client files accurately, handle premium collections, invoicing, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to expand business, and actively engage in marketing activities and client events.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related areas.
• At least two years of practical experience within insurance broking or related companies.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance marketplace and familiarity with IA regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
