Overview
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our team, specializing in the outdoor advertising (OOH) sector. This role requires driving strategic sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring flawless campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies to surpass revenue objectives.
- Actively seek new business prospects while maintaining strong ties with current clients.
- Serve as the main liaison for client and agency communications, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Create persuasive sales proposals and presentations that emphasize the benefits of OOH advertising.
- Identify additional sales opportunities including upselling and cross-selling advertising solutions.
- Work collaboratively with creative, operations, and finance teams to guarantee smooth campaign execution.
- Keep detailed and updated records of sales progress and pipeline status in the CRM database.
- Generate regular forecasting reports and prepare presentations for leadership reviews.
- Fulfill any other responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in media sales, preferably within OOH advertising.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advertising markets and client expectations.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Capability to cultivate and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
