About AGC Interior and Dotplan
AGC Interior is an expanding Australian commercial design and construction firm specializing in commercial interiors, fit-outs, and project management. Joining the group, Dotplan is a Philippines-based offshore services company offering professional support spanning marketing, administration, design, estimating, operations, and delivery assistance. Dotplan operates with structured systems, dependable executions, and standards aligned with Australian work culture.
Role Overview
This full-time position involves creating and improving internal business applications using Google AppSheet to boost organizational operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will interpret requirements into practical AppSheet solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly to enhance productivity but always retaining full accountability over the quality and validation of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Google AppSheet.
- Refine existing apps and create new business tools to address organizational needs.
- Set up AppSheet automations and workflow configurations.
- Integrate AppSheet-based applications with Google Workspace and other business platforms as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any application issues.
- Document development processes and system improvements thoroughly.
- Apply AI-assisted coding and development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring independent verification before deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Google AppSheet application development.
- Deep understanding of Google Workspace ecosystem and Google Sheets functionalities.
- Proficiency in AppSheet expressions, workflow automation, and configuration.
- Keen grasp of relational data models.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-resolution capabilities.
- Effective written and oral communication in English.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a remote team.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools such as OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalents.
- Skill in employing AI tools to assist with AppSheet formula creation, scripting, automation, testing, and documentation.
- Capability to independently verify AI-generated solutions, ensuring accuracy and functionality before launch.
- Competence in articulating how AI tools enhance efficiency without compromising work quality.
- Dedication to reviewing and refining AI outputs rather than accepting them uncritically.
Work Conditions and Terms
- This is a remote work from home role.
- Full-time position synchronized with Australian business hours.
- Initial three-day paid trial period prior to full engagement.
- A monthly salary ranging from ₱45,000 to ₱50,000 is offered.
- Candidates need to provide their own computing hardware equipped with necessary software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Work will be monitored via video during working hours for productivity and accountability.
- Consistent communication and collaboration with the team are essential.
